Workplace Needs Assessment
Workplace Needs Assessments are carried out by a specialist workplace assessor.
The assessor will focus on the challenges the individual experiences because of their condition and how this impacts on their work. The assessor is not clinical qualified and cannot give medical advice. Workplace needs assessment are covered under the Equality Act 2010 requiring employers to make reasonable adjustments for workers with disabilities or physical or mental health conditions.
The aim of the assessment is to make recommendations that make a big impact on someone performance and wellbeing.

Back pain is the main cause of sickness assessment in the workplace or remotely.
Disability Consultant can develop a bespoke wellbeing assessment tailored to your organisation. We can imbed this in your organisation and support with problem areas that have been highlighted.
